Whale Dock is not responsible for misuse of the site's information or for external websites linked from it. Illustrations, estimates and development milestones describe the context stated on each page; individual projects require their own assessment and agreements.

03 / Privacy & contact

Whale Dock is the data controller for enquiries sent to sergi@whaledock.com. Information you send is used to respond and is retained only as necessary to handle the enquiry or meet legal obligations.

This site's contact buttons open your email application. There is no contact form or server-side form submission in this website. Your email provider handles sending the message under its own terms.

The engineering simulation, fonts and interface assets are served from this website. The prototype demonstration uses an external YouTube player, loaded only when you choose to play it. The player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com; activating it connects your browser to YouTube, which may process viewing and technical data under Google's Privacy Policy. You can also choose the direct link to watch on YouTube.

This website's own code adds no analytics or advertising trackers. The external YouTube service operates under its own privacy and cookie policies once activated.

You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your personal data by emailing sergi@whaledock.com.

04 / Cookies & technical services

This website's own code does not set cookies. The optional YouTube player may use browser storage or cookies when activated. Hosting and security services may also process technical connection data or set technical cookies independently of the page code. You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
